What is CAIIB? The full form of CAIIB is Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers.
The CAIIB exam is given by the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF).
The primary goal of the CAIIB test is to give IIBF members the advanced knowledge they need to make better decisions on risk management, international banking, credit management, economic analysis, balance sheet management, and other topics.
The dates of the IIBF CAIIB Exam are November 26, November 3, November 9, November 10, and December 17, 2023. From September 1st to September 21st, 2023, JAIIB Certified candidates can turn in their IIBF CAIIB registration form for the 2023 November test.
To sit in the twice-yearly IIBF CAIIB Exam 2023, the candidate must be JAIIB qualified. To qualify candidates require 50 out of 100.
CAIIB Job Profile
- The CAIIB offers a chance for applicants who are chosen to have their job profile upgraded. The duties and obligations given to applicants after passing the test vary depending on the professional's employment position.
- Some of the tasks performed by a person serving as a bank clerk include checking authentication and confirming the authenticity of the papers customers provide. The clerks would also be in charge of keeping track of valuable papers like cash and keys.
- Probationary officers at the bank will be assigned extra responsibilities, such as overseeing the opening and closure of bank accounts, verifying loan applicants' eligibility, and maintaining a positive client relationship.
- The rise in pay awarded to applicants through salary increments, allowances, bonuses, and other incentives is a significant aspect of the CAIIB test. The increase made to the selected individuals' base salary will now be contingent upon their current job profile within the bank.
