For admission to graduate programs leading to degrees, certificates, non-degrees, and teacher licenses, applicants from outside the country who do not speak English as their first language must demonstrate their fluency in the English language in one of the following ways:

The OGSPS requires a minimum Duolingo English Test score of 115 overall, with 115 on each subscore, in order to be admitted. Duolingo test results must not have been completed more than two years prior to the OGSPS receiving the recommendation for admission in order for them to be accepted.
