The admissions committee at the University of Illinois Chicago, is selective, with an acceptance rate of 79% (fall 2021). Half of the applicants admitted to the university have an ACT score between 23 and 31 and a SAT score between 1080 and 1310.
Admission eligibility criteria
- In order to get admission in University of Illinois Chicago, the high school GPA of the applicants must be 3.35 on a scale of 4.0.
- The applicants need to submit an essay and the university will review the quality of writing.
- The SAT/ACT scores will be reviewed by the university, if provided by the applicants, even though they are not mandatory.
