Long Island University Acceptance Rate

By 2024, 85% of applicants to LIU POST will be accepted. Application requirements for entering freshmen include a 95% high school grade point average, a combined reading and math SAT score of 1250 or an ACT score of 26 or higher. Additionally, the Long Island University C W Post Campus typically admits and draws students with a "B+" average or higher with a GPA of roughly 3.36.

Admission Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants interested in the programmes must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.92. Candidates must be eligible if they have earned a bachelor's degree from an approved institution and meet the test scores, as mentioned below.
• All foreign Students are required to submit English proficiency test scores (ACT/ IELTS/ TOEFL).

Tips For Applying To The University

• You have a reasonable chance of getting in since this institution is just moderately selective, provided that you score very little below the average. You are likely to receive an offer of admission if you aim for a 1055 SAT or a 21 ACT or higher.
• The College requires a $50 non-refundable application fee for each application that is submitted. For applicants who are struggling financially, there are application fee waivers available. Application Deadline

LIU Post has a rolling admissions process. For undergraduate and graduate programmes, Post adheres to a rolling admissions policy. Candidates have until the start of the following semester to choose admission. The deadline for Fall 2024 admission is December 1, 2023.
