East Central University admission criteria require a student to qualify for one of the following exams:

• Learning English as a Second Language for the Past Four Years (Grammar, Composition, Literature)
• The student's transcript will also be checked to make sure they've finished the following six courses successfully:
• The student will need to take a second college-level class in the major-related subject area to make up for knowledge gaps that developed throughout high school.
