Admission eligibility criteria
Undergraduate Top-Up/ Advanced undergraduate-
- International students will require Edexcel/BTEC HNDs.
- International students will require an SQA HND
- A minimum of 6.5 IELTS is required for getting admitted to the Social Sciences Media Program and School of Arts or Newcastle Business School.
- A minimum of 6.0 IELTS is required for getting admitted to Engineering and Information Sciences and Computing.
Postgraduate-
- International students will require Northumbria Graduate CRET (50%)
- International Students must hold a UK Bachelor Degree (Honours) (50% for programs requiring a 2:2 and 60% for programs requiring 2:1)
- International students must have a Graduate Diploma (60% for postgraduate courses that need a 2:2 and 70% for postgraduate courses that need a 2:1)
