Leeds Beckett University, situated in Leeds, West Yorkshire, is a public university formerly known as Leeds Polytechnic and Leeds Metropolitan University (LMU). Their history dates back over 200 years to 1824, when the Leeds Mechanics Institute was established. With over 25,000 students enrolled at its two campuses in Leeds, the university has since expanded to become one of the biggest and most well-known in the UK.
The institution provides a wide range of programs in over 150 undergraduate and 190 postgraduate fields, including law, sports, the arts, and social sciences.
Lee Beckett University has two campuses: City campus and the Headingley campus. The superb study and teaching environments on both campuses give students the best of both worlds.
