The University of Europe for Applied Sciences, also referred to as UE, is a private university with its administrative headquarters and main campus in Iserlohn and additional campuses in Berlin, Hamburg, Potsdam, and Dubai. The Berlin Technische Kunsthochschule and the Business and Information Technology School merged to establish the University of Applied Sciences Europe in 2017. The university was renamed the University of Europe for Applied Sciences in October 2020.
The four campuses of the University of Europe for Applied Sciences are located in Berlin, Iserlohn, Hamburg, and the Innovation Hub. In Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the university has a satellite campus. Students from all campuses of UE established an autonomous network of departments that are open to the public. All students are involved in a network for interdepartmental cooperation through the student council and departments such as Studienrat (ISL), CampusNetwork (HH), and The AStA (B).
The University of Europe for Applied Sciences provides 27 master's and 24 bachelor's degree programs. Numerous pre-intensive courses are available at the university. In terms of business studies, the university is ranked in the top 10 among private universities in Germany. The institution offers a wide range of premier courses, including business, media and events, sports, art and design, and tech and software.
