About the University
Western University, also known as the University of Western Ontario, is a public research-based university situated in London, Ontario, Canada. The main campus occupies 455 hectares (1,120 acres) of land, with the Thames River dividing the eastern part of the school and surrounding residential areas. There are twelve academic faculties and schools run by the institution.
Western University provides a selection of more than 400 modules across 17 distinct undergraduate degrees. The university provides collaborative specializations and/or 160 graduate degree programs. This comprises 9 graduate diploma programs, 51 PhD programs, and 86 master's programs offered by Western University.
One of Canada's oldest and most exquisite universities is Western University. There are 481.2 hectares of Gothic-style buildings mixed with modern ones on Western University's expansive main campus. Western University provides both on-campus and off-campus accommodation options to accommodate students' varied lifestyles. The on-campus housing is available in suite, hybrid, and conventional styles. In addition, the university offers assistance with landlords, leases, rentals, and neighborhood interactions for students who opt to live off campus.
