The Middle States Commission on Higher Education accredits La Salle University. In the year 2021, La Salle University had an average number of graduates amounting to 2746. Out of these, 65% were female students and 35% were male students. Moreover, out of these students, approximately 36% lived in college-owned and operated housing facilities and 64% of the students lived off campus. There are over 373 academic staff in this university who are experts in their own fields.

La Salle University’s campus life is highly active. The 133-acre campus is a home for many students and each and every student has their own unique belief system and identity which makes the university more diverse. There are more than 120 clubs in this university that provides different opportunities to the students starting from personal growth, and leadership development to around-the-clock fun. Students are also allowed to bring in their pets, especially dogs. There is a large library and art museum within the campus walls. Moreover, there remains a campus store for the students to buy their university supplies. This university has a wide array of subjects for the students to choose from. Some of the highly enrolled courses include English, Accountancy, Actuarial Science, Finance, History, Information Technology, and others.

La Salle University Acceptance rate

The acceptance rate of students in this university is 84%. This is higher than many other universities which also makes it one of the main universities with a higher number of students. Most of the students accepted into this university have SAT scores between 1050 and 1250. On the other hand, students using ACT scores to enroll in this university usually achieve between 21 and 29.  

Admission Eligibility Criteria

The admission decision of the students is based on a large number of factors including past scholastic reports, present scholarships, aptitude experience, and many others. In order to get admission into this university, one will need to have a minimum GPS of 2.25. However, a GPA of 2.50 is mostly preferred here. Moreover, every student except those who have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university will need to take the mathematical or verbal examination.

Documents, Test and Average Score Required

Documents for freshman applications include an application for admission, original secondary school records along with official national examination results. This will be followed by Official English translations or Original Official Credentials. A letter of recommendation is also needed from a teacher, parent, counselor, or school administrator. Lastly, students will also need to submit an Application Personal Statement or Essay. In the case of international students, they will need to submit official college transcripts from all the previous secondary institutions. Official course-by-course evaluations will have to be submitted along with proof of English Langauge Proficiency. For graduate applications, all the requirements are the same.
