Required Exams

University of Bayreuth’s requirements for admissions include the following scores in standardized examinations: 

German language proficiency-

1. DSH-2 or 1.

2. TestDaF- at least 4 x TDN 4.

3. OSD Zertifikat C2 or B2.

4. DSD II.

5. Goethe-Zertifikat C2 or B2.

6. TELC Deutsch C1 Hochschule or B2.

English language proficiency-

1. TOEFL- 90-95 points.

2. IELTS Academic- 6.5-7.0.

3. Cambridge Certificate- CAE (Certificate in Advanced English) or FCE (First Certificate in English).  

Admission Requirements

1. University entrance qualification.

2. Some programs require a compulsory study orientation procedure.

3. Some come with an aptitude assessment process involving the submission of your CV, presentation of skills and competencies for specific degree courses, and more.
