1. Application Submission: To commence the application process, applicants must ensure that all documents are properly endorsed and signed by their current (home) university. These documents should be dispatched via regular mail to the International Students Office at KIT.
2. Application Process Overview:

• Following nomination by the applicant's home university, an email will be sent containing information about KIT's online application system, Mobility Online.
• After entering the requisite details, applicants should generate a hard copy of the completed application form.
• Simultaneously, candidates need to initiate the preparation of their Learning Agreement and verify it with their respective home university coordinator.
• In addition, applicants must secure a German language certificate, demonstrating their proficiency, from their home university or a recognized language institution.
• An English language certificate is also mandatory if candidates intend to attend English-taught lectures.
• Subsequently, applicants must obtain signed and stamped copies of both the application and their Learning Agreement from the ERASMUS coordinator at their home university.
• Finally, these signed documents, along with the German and/or English language certificates, must be dispatched by post to the following address: KIT - International Students Office, ERASMUS INCOMING Coordinator, Adenauerring 2, 76131 Karlsruhe, Germany.
