History of University of Prince Edward Island
Prince of Wales College (founded in 1834) and Saint Dunstan's University (founded in 1855), the University of Prince Edward Island's founding institutions, are the source of the university's illustrious academic history, which dates back to the early 1800s. One university was established in the province in 1969 as a result of the University Act, which was passed by the Prince Edward Island government led by Premier Alex B. Campbell. The University of Prince Edward Island accepted its first students in September of that year.

University of Prince Edward Island's Fees
International students (including DVM and BEd) must submit a tuition fee deposit ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 CAD in order to guarantee their spot, according to the UPEI Board of Governors. Therefore, it is advisable that you submit the tuition deposit as soon as the university extends an offer of admission to you, as a late deposit could result in the revocation of that offer. This deposit amount will be changed to reflect your U Pei program tuition.
