The Ontario Tech University fees are the following for undergraduate courses (per year): 

1. Bachelor of Allied Health Sciences/Arts/Applied Science/Health Science/Science and Management/Science/Undergraduate Diploma- $26,541 (first year) or INR 20.07 lakh. 

2. Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Computer Science and Management- $28,125 (first year) or INR 21.27 lakh. 

3. Bachelor of Science in Nursing- $27,064 (first year) or INR 20.47 lakh. 

4. Bachelor of Commerce- $29,439 (first year) or INR 22.27 lakh. 

5. Bachelor of Information Technology- $30,734 (first year) or INR 23.25 lakh. 

6. Bachelor of Engineering, Technology, and Engineering and Management- $34,615 (first year) or INR 26.18 lakh. 

The fee for Master’s programs are listed below: 

1. Master of Arts in Criminology, Master of Science, Master of Health Sciences- $19,166 per year (INR 14.50 lakh). 

2. Master of Applied Science- $23,250.60 (INR 17.59 lakh) per year. 

3. Master of Engineering/Engineering Management- $25,074.18 per year or INR 18.97 lakh. 

4. Master of Science in Nursing- $21,076.50 per year or INR 15.95 lakh. 

5. Master of Arts in Education/Master of Education- $685.77 per credit (INR 51,882). 

6. Master of Information Technology Security- $1,095.71 per credit (INR 82,896). 

Besides the tuition fees, the international student will also need to submit the ancillary fee of $756 (INR 56,920), which is subject to only the graduate programs.

Required Exams 

Many standardized tests are a part of the Ontario Tech University requirements list. They include the following: 

1. CAEL- minimum score of 70. 

2. TOEFL iBT- Minimum score of 83-87. 

3. IELTS- Minimum score of 6.5. 

4. TOEFL PBT- Minimum score of 560. 

5. Cambridge English-Advanced- Minimum score of 180. 

6. Duolingo English Test- Minimum score of 110-120. 

7. PTE Academic- Minimum score of 58. 

8. MELAB (Michigan English Language Assessment Battery) - Minimum score of 85. 

Admission Requirements

Here are the criteria for Ontario Tech University admissions: 

1. All India Senior School Certificate (CBSE) or the Indian School Certificate (CISCE) or Individual State Board-Intermediate/Pre-University/Higher Secondary/Senior Secondary School Certificate. 

2. Final Class XII mark sheets with Admit Card copy. 

3. Adherence to English language proficiency, curriculum, and country requirements. 

4. Master’s candidates should have four-year Honors degrees or equivalent with an overall GPA of 3.0 on a scale of 4.3 points (73-76%) and Grade B. 

Available scholarships at Ontario Tech University

There are many scholarships available for your perusal: 

1. Global Leadership Award

It offers $72,000 (over four years) to students with strong academic and leadership credentials. This works out to roughly INR 54.47 lakh. 

2. International Leaders Award or ILA

This offers funding up to $10,000 (INR 7.5 lakh) for undergraduate students on study permits and presently studying outside of Canada. There are a maximum of five scholarships granted each year. 

3. International Merit Awards

This offers funding up to $4,000 (INR 3 lakh) for students from South Asia, Africa, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean. 

4. ELC (English Language Centre) Scholarship

This is offered to international students finishing their ELC study programs and is valued at around $1,000 (INR 75,000). 

5. In-Course Scholarships

Those accomplishing a 3.7 GPA in the earlier undergraduate year and coming back for full-time studies will get automatic scholarships of $1,000-1,500 (INR 75,000-1.13 lakh).
